  • Men's Gathering Registration

  • This special event is designed specifically for men residing in the Chugach region. The men's gathering will include sessions facilitated by David Pavish, crafts, art therapy and one-on-one counseling sessions, if needed. Camp dates are August 31-September 4, 2026. Travel days are August 31 and September 4, 2026. 

  • Gathering Logisitics

    The gathering is provided free of charge for participants. Airfare and lodging will be on a first-come, first-served basis. All meals are provided during this gathering, and snacks will be available throughout the day. No alcohol or drugs allowed, as this is a sober event. Location: Seward

  • Men's Gathering Release, Consent, and Waiver of Liability

  • PARTICIPANT herein after referred to as 'I'.

    I hereby understand, acknowledge, and agree to the following terms stated in this Agreement:

    1. That Chugachmiut, which owns and operates the Men Gathering ('Premises'), hereinafter referred to as 'Retreat Host,' provides educational, wellness, and personal growth programs, retreats, sessions, workshops, and other related activities ('Programs').

    2. As part of the Programs I may be participating in indoor and/or outdoor activities including, but not limited to, workshops, group discussions, physical movement, meditation, mindfulness practices, creative exercises, art therapy, counseling sessions, and wellness activities ('Activities'

    3. The Programs and Activities may be conducted Seward Alaska 99664, during the dates of August

    4. Substance-Free Requirement: I understand and agree that this Gathering is a sober event. The possession, use, or distribution of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any controlled substances is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in my immediate removal from the gathering at my own expense, without refund.

    5. I acknowledge that participation in the Gathering may involve physical, emotional, or mental challenges. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for my health, safety, and well-being during and after the Gathering.

    6. I release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Retreat Host, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action related to my participation in the Gathering.

    7. Your Per diem check will be given at the end of the gathering on Friday September 4th, 2026.

    8. Chugachmiut will provide a certificate of completion for attending the gathering.

  • I hereby authorize Chugachmiut, to publish photographs taken of me, and my name and likeness, for use in Chugachmiut's print, online and video-based marketing materials, as well as other Company publications.

    I hereby release and hold harmless Chugachmiut from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the images specified above. I further acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or participation in company marketing materials or other Company publications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever.

    I hereby release Chugachmiut, its contractors, its employees, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials, from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.
